refurbishments
Here at ESD we work with our clients to help shape their design from initial concept through to on-site support and completion. We have the capabilities to work on both small and large scale refurbishments whilst always maintaining a bespoke and individual finish. We love seeing how much a space can be lifted even with the most modest of budgets.
design PROCESS
We pride ourselves on working alongside our clients to guide them from concept to realisation. Our design packs typically include; well thought out layouts, concept boards and coloured elevations to help clients grasp how the space will look. As well as FF&E specification, we also produce full working drawing packages for contractor issue.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
We know that some clients need a little extra help getting started with their initial concept. That’s why we offer a tailored design consultation service to fit your needs and budget. By bringing a Design Consultant on board early, you can ensure your project starts off on the right foot while staying completely in control of the process.
PLANNING & APPROVALS
ESD are happy to work closely with both the client or their Planning Consultant to create Planning/Listed Building submission packs which would include ongoing liaison with the Local Authority. We can also assist with Licensing Plans and the appointment of external bodies to carry out Building Regulations Approval, Fire Risk Assessments and Noise/Lighting Assessments.
